Shipping & Handling

What are the handling times?

Handling is the time it takes to process your order and is separate from shipping time.

Handling times are 24 to 48 hours, excluding holidays and weekends (Saturdays and Sundays).

 

What are the shipping times? Where do you ship?

Currently, we only ship to the U.S. All orders are shipped by USPS within 7- 10 business days. Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and excludes holidays.  

 SheFaith is not responsible for any packages lost by USPS or for orders that supplied the wrong address.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is approximately $5.00 per item.

All orders are shipped by USPS within 7- 10 business days. Business days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and excludes holidays.  

 

What if my item arrived damaged?

Our apologies! We will replace all damaged items that have been cared for per our care instructions up to 30 calendar days after the deliver confirmation date. Please send us an email with pictures so we can get the process started for you. Email us at hello@shefaith.com.


How do you handle lost packages?

Please contact your local USPS and provide your tracking number that we sent.

If your package is marked as delivered but you didn’t receive it, please allow 48 hours for your item to be delivered from the date the package was marked as delivered by USPS. 

If your package has been lost in the mail for 14 business days, we will replace your package but we must be notified within 21 calendar days from the date of the delivery date from USPS or we will not replace your package. 

We cannot replace packages due to the wrong address.

 

Can I cancel my order?

We allow order cancellations up to 8 hours after the order was placed.

 Exchanges & Refunds

Do you offer refund or exchanges?

 For full priced items, we allow exchanges for store credit or refunds for unworn/unwashed apparel within 15 calendar days from the delivery confirmation date. 

We do not allow returns/refunds/exchanges for items marked as sale items.

 

Refunds

We will refund the payment on the original form of payment method for the item (s) minus a $5 restocking fee per item purchased and minus the cost of return shipping.  We will also send you a return shipping label.  Once we receive your unworn/unwashed shirt (s) and/or item (s) we will send you a refund. The deadline to request a refund is 15 calendar days from the delivery confirmation date. 

If we determine that your item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange for store credit. We will ship your item back to you.

Items that have a foul odor, smell of smoke, perfume or have pet hair on them will not be accepted for return/exchange.

 

Store Credit

 We will send you a store credit for items that are returned in their original unworn/unwashed state. We will email you a store credit minus the cost of shipping.

 You must request store credit no later than 15 days from the delivery confirmation date of your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If we determine that your item has been washed or worn, we reserve the right to deny your refund or exchange for store credit. We will ship your item back to you.

Color Disclaimer

 Due to variation in monitor settings, SheFaith makes no guarantee that the color on your monitor will match exactly. Colors may appear on computer monitors differently due to variations in the resolution, color tone or display settings of the computer monitor being used.
